We changed our life plans and packed up our basement apartment in Cedar City, UT to move permanently to ALASKA.
(Cedar City...we lived in the basement)
I experienced the coldest temperatures that I could ever imagine... It got so cold my car could no longer read the temperature. (It was somewhere around -65). My car read it as ---.
We made the move because Devin decided to become an Air Traffic Controller, which has been a perfect choice for him thus far. (He'll graduate in May).
February------
We got settled into living in Alaska. Devin enjoyed plowing the driveway...
March------
My brother Zach got his mission call to Paraguay!
April------
We officially moved into the DOME HOME and we got Big Red.
(that's not our van)
May------
I got to go to my annual family reunion in Corolla, NC.
June------
My sister-in-law Kyla got married.
July------
We did our annual Gulkana River Rafting trip.
August------
We went to Utah for my brother Zach's farewell.
September------
Devin and I celebrated our 2nd Anniversary on the 24th and we bought a piece of property!! (Construction coming Spring 2012).
October------
Enjoyed our Alaskan fall before the snow hit
November------
Did a little Black Friday shopping and got a steal of a deal on a 46" TV. It was a pretty cold wait outside of the store:

Started it off with getting in the Christmas Spirit. (Devin put up his family's Christmas lights)
Then I got to go home for Christmas :) It was great to spend time with my family in Utah.
We got to skype with Zach in Paraguay:
Got to go to Temple Square
Then when we got back to Alaska, we had MORE snow and freezing temps.
