This story is one that I have to tell.
Tank's normal perch is sitting right in front of the window. During the day, when no one is home, he sits at the window with his chin resting on the sill, and waits for some kind of action to happen outside. As soon as someone pulls up the driveway, he barks and wags his tail really fast and then runs to the bottom of the stairs to meet you. He always shows us some kind of sign that he is alert and ready for any kind of action.
Anyway, the other day while he was sitting at his perch, we heard a different kind of "sign" from Tank.
I was sitting on the couch doing something, and all of a sudden we heard a loud fart. We looked from person to person, but the real culprit was the dog at the window. How did we know? The smell came right from his direction-don't worry it was undeniable. The noise he made however didn't cause any movement on his part. He just continued to sit gazing out the window. (And this is just the first of many occurrences).
